Democrats Aren’t Going to Win Mid Terms

 1. Don’t know what they are doing wrong: 

Autopsy was incomplete and identified nothing.

Seriously won’t admit Joe Biden’s condition was hidden for couple years.

Extreme progressive positions aren’t popular. Who wants to live in a Communist/Socialist country? Talk to people who lived there. I have.

Not even changing leaders. Chuck Shumer less popular than the president.

 

2. Not trying to get Independent’s and disaffected Republican votes.

Democratic base is too small to win elections without them.

 

3. Marketing:

‘Affordability!’ is the most mayonnaise bland slogan ever. Really?
Instead of dreams focus on doable solutions. Save Social Security. Less deductions for the rich. 1-2% higher taxes on rich.

‘MAGA Republicans’ and president are extremely unpopular. Use it. 

Lack of Attack Ads, bumper stickers and memes. Short and sweet motivating people to vote. (Not forty page position papers)

Find your opponent’s weaknesses and exploit. The party and /or nonaffiliated groups must attack opponents.

 

4. Each candidate has different strengths. Candidates have to run advertising with their best 1 – 3 positive local messages appealing to base, independents and disaffected voters. (Can’t come from national party)

 

Note criticism is coming from: 

Non-politician. Have friends running for both parties. Several in office.

Swing voter who never votes a straight line ticket

Businessman with engineering degree. 

Worked all over US to stay employed.

Pro-people, minimal bureaucracy, pro-business (who pays salaries?)

 

Democrats need feedback from independents and dissatisfied Democrats & Republicans. MAGA takeover of Republican party has opened the door to moderate voters who decide elections. Can you adjust?
